Deleting your data
The short version. There is no account to delete. Everything the game remembers about you sits in your own browser, and the button below erases it. Anything a game room held was already discarded when the room ended.
What exists
- In your browser: a random device identifier and device secret, your nickname, your avatar, your language and sound preference, your private notes, the last room code and a few interface timestamps. This is the only thing that survives between visits.
- On our server: nothing that outlives your game. A room lives in memory and is erased when the game ends or the server restarts. There is no database and no game history. The only exception is the room log: which nickname entered which room and when, with a hashed device identifier and no IP address, kept for 7 days.
- In server logs: diagnostic records (errors and service messages), which may contain IP addresses, kept for up to 30 days and then deleted. They are not linked to a nickname or an account, and there is no access log of page views.

Erase it yourself
This clears everything Speaqsy has stored in this browser, on this device. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone — you will start as a new player next time.
Ask us instead
If you would rather we act, or you want to know what we hold, write to dan@speaqsy.com from any address and tell us what you need. We reply within one month, usually much sooner.
One honest limitation: since there is no account and no stored game history, we normally have no way to connect a request to a particular past game — there is simply no record to look up, apart from the room log of the last 7 days, which we can search by room code and nickname. In that case the accurate answer is that we hold nothing about you, and clearing your browser data is the complete remedy.
If accounts arrive later
